As I mentioned to you when we spoke on the phone, I was impressed with the service I received from your company. Carlos came by as promised after completing a job for a neighbor and gave me an estimate for my system, taking the time to show me what work was needed. He told me that I should expect a call on Monday morning to schedule the work, and that it would most likely be done on the Tuesday. It is unfortunately not that common for companies to meet the commitments they make, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything happened exactly when he had told me it would.
